Order Processing

Orders are normally processed the same day that we receive them and an estimated delivery window listed on our homepage. Pennsylvania Avenue Sports operates by business days (1 week for Pennsylvania Avenue Sports = 7 business days). All orders submitted after business hours on Friday are processed on Monday. In-Stock orders received before noon EST are normally shipped that same day but this is NOT guaranteed. Once order is shipped, Pennsylvania Avenue Sports sends package tracking information (UPS) to customer via email address submitted with purchase.

If you need to cancel or modify your order after you submit it, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return an item to us.

Down payment on orders is non-refundable once order has been cut or produced.


Expected Delivery

Preferred method of shipment for Pennsylvania Avenue Sports orders is via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless specifically requested so do not count Saturday or Sunday as a day. If you selected an upgraded shipping method, your tracking information will reflect the upgrade. Please note that we ship internationally via US Post Office.

Please note: selecting upgraded shipping will not get your custom made items delivered faster.


Exchange Policy

Pennsylvania Avenue Sports will not except  exchanges or returns on any custom made items (pants, jerseys, jackets or hats).

Many of our products (pants, jerseys, jackets & hats) are custom made and while we will work with you for an exchange in the event of an error on our part, we will not grant a refund for any custom made products.


Product Warranty

Pennsylvania Avenue Sports offers a 30-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defect. In the result of a defect, please contact Pennsylvania Avenue Sports for return instructions. Warranty requires defective product must be returned to Pennsylvania Avenue Sports for inspection. We will take full responsibility for items that have been manufactured in a less than satisfactory manner per our standards at Pennsylvania Avenue Sports. Warranty replacement product will be same product number, style, color, and size of the defective product. Substitutions will not be accepted. Manufacturer’s warranty begins from date of shipment. Warranty does not apply to normal use wear or damage caused by unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations. Pennsylvania Avenue Sports is not responsible for the surfaces that our items are being used on.

Contact Pennsylvania Avenue Sports for Return Authorization (RA#) and provide reason for exchange. Pennsylvania Avenue Sports assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. Pennsylvania Avenue Sports recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. Pennsylvania Avenue Sports reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations by customer.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
